User reviews

Best New Workout Tracker!

I’ve tried a few workout tracking apps, and LiftLog has quickly become my favorite. It’s super easy to use, and logging workouts only takes a few seconds, so I can stay focused on lifting instead of scrolling on TikTok or Instagram. The rest timer, progress tracking and recovery map are all really helpful, and I like being able to save my workouts and see how I’m improving over time. The exercise library has pretty much everything I need. Overall, it’s a great app that makes tracking workouts simple and actually enjoyable. Definitely recommend it!!
