terrible app
not as the ad displays.. model is AI and moves at a ridiculous fast pace.. not realistic at all.. no customer service.. i have send many request to not renew after my 7 day trail period.. app goes to a 28 day program.. Not what I signed up for.. BUYER BEWARE

899₽/неделя это очень дорого. Есть приложение фитнес онлайн, очень похоже на это, там 200₽/месяц подписка. А 899₽/неделя - это 3600 месяц, на эти деньги можно абонемент в зал купить. + нет перевода упражнений на русский язык, не удобно. Но упражнения действительно хорошие, поэтому поставила 4 звезды.
Только план тренировок почему-то не открывается, смотрела тренировки на группы мышц отдельно.
