Amazing customer service

I have worked with apartment locators in the past that will literally drop off the face of the earth if they determine that the commission they will make is not worth it to some degree. Or ones that literally don’t present the best options based on the criteria I gave them. And I get it - rightfully so, those locators want to show their prospects/clients the options that pay out the highest. However, Lighthouse goes to bat for you as their client to find an apartment that fits the perimeters you tell them - and then —- they pay you some of their commission. They invest in your loyalty and trust to their company. I really love their concierge approach and the cash back feature is a cherry on top. I tell EVERYBODY I know who rents about this amazing company. The business model really puts customers first and their mission is unmatched.
