I cannot do playback with this new version that’s been updated anyone else having this issue?
This Lilin viewer works great Lilin Pro does NOT !
Lilin Pro doesn’t work at all !!
Cannot see any camera views !

Don’t purchase
The app only works 20% of the time.
Ipcam
Set this up on an ip camera but the image quality is very poor. Cannot recommend.
Awful App, Unreliable
Had I known beforehand that this app was so awful, I would’ve purchased another brand of cameras. The cameras are functioning well however I can never view anything in real time or without a significant delay unless I look it up on the tv. Alarms don’t populate as they should. Everything needs to be research to find why it’s not working properly yet there’s never an answer or solution.

App stopped working several days ago?
I would rate this app higher but it has stopped working all together. Just spins and says loading. App had been working just fine up until about four days ago. Why did it stop working?
Text on playback selection bug fixed !
At last... bug (see below) is now fixed !
Date and time selection from playback screen is “white text on white background” and you cannot tell what date and time is being selected for playback !
Same bug is present in every update since iOS 13 update version !

Terrible app
Absolutely terrible.
Set up is painful.
Adding the settings to fields makes the screen go black so you have to do it in multiple stages and reopen every time
Playback just says ‘loading’ and then never does
Just unbelievable how you can get something so wrong. And surely someone tested this rubbish?

Avoid MERIT-LILIN Hardware
Just like other reviewer‘s, we purchased this hardware just expecting that the supporting software would be at least adequate. It is wholly inadequate and all we get is promises of upgrades… Yet it has been two years and nothing has been updated. AVOID THIS MANUFACTURER UNTIL THEY UPDATE THEIR WEB AND MOBILE SOFTWARE.

Worst App ever. We have had these cameras almost 3 years and have waited for updates and nothing has changed. Unable to do playback from App makes it quite useless. Ability to playback and review footage can only be done on Computer. They should do away with the App because it adds no value!!!! Very disappointing, had we known no updates would be in the pipeline, we would have never went with their cameras!!!!!

App is pretty bad as others have stated. The interface for doing playback makes absolutely no sense. Camera groups are preconfigured. Example I have 7 cameras, but there is no 7 option. So I have to select 8 cameras and see a screen that doesnt connect to anything. In addition even if I select 8 cams, eventually it switches to 12 cams for some reason. App is just so bad.

Suddenly stopped working
Don’t know what’s going on, but the last week of April everything stopped working on the app. I have this app on two separate phones and neither of them work!

App crashes and is not intuitive. Really annoying as there are very good cctv apps out there. very poor lilin.
Horrible Tech Support
LILIN does not support the end user. The company will only talk to you if you are the installer and when your installer goes out of business you are screwed. I do not recommend this company that doesn’t help their customers.

App crashes every time it’s opened. The images shown are stuck from 3 months ago.
Rubbish app and rubbish CCTV system
Bought a LILIN CCTV system but the app doesn’t play back and the whole system doesn’t work on a MAC. Don’t buy LILIN.

Crashes constantly as well as being a pain to figure out how to use it.
Frustrated and let down
This app is terrible. Loading camera images is painfully slow. It’s just pathetic. How they can not address such glaring and obvious issues. I can only assume it’s because it is not important to them. They don’t care about the user experience.
Really bad software!
Merit Li-lin needs to seriously improve this app. One of the worst features seems to be that you can’t tell whether you are looking at a historical view or a live view as the app seem to remember the last camera feed pictures even when you have shut the app down and have no connection on start up.
