Latest update not good
The updates had been improving this app. But the most recent update removes the date time stamp from under the video image when replaying CCTV footage. So I now cannot easily tell when the camera was recording. It used to state “29 Jan at 09:03:48” under the video playing.
No Zoom on PTZ mode???
Can not zoom from the updated app. Very disappointed! Going to change all my hardware to a better brand.
Latest version a step backward!
I have been using this for many years to access my dvr. But every recent update has been a backward step. The latest has taken away the ability to fast view on iPad, the phone version still has it though. The previous update made actually getting in to the app iffy. I dread to think what may come next.

Great - when it works
This does what it is supposed to do, but often requires many, many attempts before it connects to the DVR/cameras correctly. There have been some functionality improvements over time.
Worthless for remote access
This was always a poor replacement for the WPS-DVR app, but it got worse when it stopped working outside the home network. Disappointing that SnapAV has left us hanging with this.
