Doesn’t deliver on time and no prompt customer support.
When I had placed the order it said the items would be delivered between 11:30PM to 12:30PM , while I am writing this review it’s 01:11 PM “ , I got an update saying the order has been picked up half an hour ago and it hasn’t been delivered yet. I have no idea where my order is. When I tried to contact the customer care through chat or phone call both are unresponsive. When I tried calling the delivery partner’s phone, that is also unresponsive. Now regretting ordering from here as they have ruined my Sunday meal plans. Would not recommend this app to anyone.
