Search Function

When searching for a part I don’t get a location as we have multiple sites. I dislike going to multiple plants to search the drawer location to no avail.

Limble overall

The ability to create PMs and keep a clear history of the work completed on those units is crucial to maintaining a well-functioning facility. The work request URLs are easy for both staff and residents to use. If any issues do come up, the staff at Limble are quick to help and resolve them, and problems are few and far between. The new app has also made it much easier for my techs to complete work, add parts, and log time while they're on the go.
Limble has helped us build a complete database of all equipment across all of our campuses, and with depreciation schedules set up, we can better plan for future expenses.
Overall, Limble helps us act instead of react, saving us money and a lot of headaches.

Huge Improvement!!!

I have been very very pleased with Limble’s new mobile app. It is quite snappy and easy to use. It just makes sense. One of my long time techs is leaving at the end of next month. CMMS training is no longer a huge concern. That is a big deal. I can only imagine the amount of work that has gone in to creating the new app. All I can say is that is was definitely worth it. Thank you!!!

Great updates

The launch of the new mobile app has streamlined and simplified much of the use cases in the app. It is definitely required to use the desktop site for more intricate work, but the routine workflow is much better and faster in this one.

Maintenance

Limble has made it so much easier for our organization to keep track of our assets. To create work requests and provide preventative maintenance.

Minor improvements needed.

Can you please add a default user when creating a work order. Some of us have to create dozens of work orders per shift to submit work we did and having to go down the list of “Select users” or typing a name in the search bar to select our name for every WO wastes a lot of time. Also at what I am assuming is the base level, when creating a work order it does not allow us to put a description of what is about. We have to do it in the comment section after already creating one. I am liking this version over the CMMS; the constant pop up for enabling notifications every time I open the app was starting to drive me nuts. Thank you.
