Such a waste
Often doesn’t work and leads to frustration. Better off just using tablets, iPads, and phones plus a hotspot. My opinion, this app should be erased from history. Just garbage for an app.
Pass on this option
As others have stated there is so many after market options that literally will blow away what lincoln is offering. Don’t waste the money! This has to be the most un-user friendly option out there.
Save your money
I wish I saw these reviews earlier. Do not buy the rear entertainment, go aftermarket. Although the system comes with a “Amazon Fire stick” you CAN NOT steam different content on both screens. Only one HDMI connection available as the other monitor is just linked.
This app is pointless. You CAN NOT stream Netflix, Hulu etc… from your phone directly. Only “downloaded” content (photos, videos etc..).

Biggest waste of money
DO NOT PURCHASE!! This literally
Couldn’t have been made worse. You are better off buying iPads and strapping them to headrests. My navigator is suppose to be a family car and this area certainly should have had more attention to detail here. Nothing but a headache.

Terrible service
Monitors in my $80k plus Navigator are terrible not even touch screen which makes inputting selections terrible. App won't download . What a joke

Useless App
This app has no purpose. One time I got it to act as a remote for the TVs but that only worked for a few mins. No other functions have worked.
What a joke!! Waste of $2k!!
The only reason why we added this option was its wireless functionality and to quickly and easily manage what kids watch inside the Navigator. However Lincoln Play doesn’t connect to my iPhone; hour glass keeps spinning. We tried multiple hot spots and even signed up for the ATT vehicle hotspot, to no avail.

Good intentions poor design
This video constantly freezes when you are streaming video inside the vehicle
You have no control over the content being streamed from the back seat . No stop or play functions are incorporated in the app to control the rear seat units .

Non-functional
Currently doesn’t work. Any attempts to using streaming function cause the app to crash.
