I’ve never had a banking app that doesn’t default to opening your accounts. The default “home” view is full of upsell offers.
The desktop version isn’t much better. Far too busy with various non essential items making it hard to use. If an app is hard to use, I’m likely going to put more of my money into a CU that doesn’t have these obstacles.

Clunky,requires extra for work on the users end.
LincOne cannot afford to have a program written that allows multiple accounts to be serviced through one app login.

Downloaded it today, 7/8/22. The app seems to work really well actually. I’m gonna assume they did maintenance and a rework on it to help it with past issues. I can’t seem to find any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. You can use quite a bit of features from it too like locking your card if stolen, all types of transfers, even a mobile deposit function (I personally don’t use this but you may want to give it a try). Definitely worth the download in my opinion

Love the new features!
From being able to shut off my debit card if I lose it, to making payments from another institution, the new features are awesome!

Worst App
This app is terrible, it never actually opens when you click on it and it closes out on its own. Biometrics don’t work. Extremely outdated. Can’t even take a picture of your check to deposit like other banking apps can. This app needs to be rebuilt.

Be nice if it would work and open. If your going to have a app make sure it loads

Doesn’t work at all. Exact information provided on the website login was used on the app, but the app said the login information was incorrect. Biometrics didn’t work either.

It works, and the newest iteration is much easier to use than the last. Small company means slow dev cycle.

Needs a lot of work
I’m sure a lot more people would be happy if you guys did some work on this. The last work on it was 2 years ago and that was just to update the UI. You should add more features like Wells Fargo with their by the phone check cashing or being able to log into the app with Touch ID. Just ease of use kind of stuff

Update finally for iOS 9

Behind the times
Not only is this app locked into the past where it took two days to update everything, but now it wont even open. Awesome as my account was just absorbed into their cu.
