確定入手方法が分からない点が不安です （Lack of clarity about guaranteed character acquisition）
ゲーム自体は楽しく、コラボも魅力的だと思います。だからこそ推しキャラクターと遊びたいと思い、高額パッケージも確認しました。
しかし、ランダム入手のみのように見受けられ、特定のコラボキャラクターを確実に入手できる方法があるのかどうかが分かりません。
また、確率表を確認しましたが、他の推しキャラクター（カラ松・一松）の名前も見当たりませんでした。どこで入手できるのか、いくら支払えば確実に会えるのかが不明瞭で、新規ファンとしては非常に不安を感じます。
他のゲームでは一定額で確定入手できる仕組みもあります。そのため、7,000円以上支払っても完全ランダムという仕様では課金に踏み切れません。
入手方法と仕様を、より明確に説明していただけることを望みます。

Minimon no longer shows the different characters
I use to be able to participate in the minimon events in japan with the japanese vpn, but it’s no longer working. The US version is not interesting enough, there aren’t regular events and new minions. Please bring that functionality back. The new version seemed to have removed it.

ゲーム始まった時にサポートミニモンがサポートしてくれる時あるんだけど、パッと見でアイテムの虹ボムが作れるところがあったのに虹ボムを作れないようにサポートしてきてサポートどころか邪魔してくる時がある。

アップデート後から、友達からLINEで送られてくるアイコンの主張が強すぎて…。ゲームは面白いけど、これまでのようにアイテムを送るのは躊躇するようになりました。
前の表示に戻してほしい！
最近アップデートしてからか、ハートやアイテムを友達に送った時にLINEのトークに表示される「ハートをもらったよ」のポップ2の表示がでかすぎます！

アップデートするたびに使いにくくなり、今回はついにミニモンをMAXに進化させた時のルビー報酬がなくなった。最低以外のなにものでもない。

There are levels with bombs to clear, ice to clear, hammers you power up to clear the board, and SO 👏 MUCH 👏 MORE 👏!!
I have been playing this game for years now and it NEVER gets old. It’s just challenging enough but not too much, and certain levels have a sequence to clearing the board that you have to figure out on your own.
Like I said, BEST MATCH 3 EVER!!! Keep playing until you start acquiring characters and you’ll never want to put this game down.

仲間になるためにグループに入ったけど…
このゲームは かなり課金しないと色々なイベントもクリアできないと思います。しかも 嫌な目にあったのが グループに入ったら 協力したりでグループランキングで 楽しむ事ができます。ですが ランクが1番のところで やってみたいと思って入りましたが グループのリーダーから 強制退所 させられてました。ゆえに ランクが下がりたくないのか 分かりませんが リーダーが ダメと思えば外す権限があるようです。ガックリしたのと 課金がかなりいるようだと思い やめました。これは あくまでも 私 個人の意見なので 楽しんでる方も たくさんおられると 思いますよ。
Very addictive game for sure
This is a good game if you like the games with good characters and fun levels. But, “treasure island” event is too difficult, really! I tried so many different characters and itens. And it can be a reason for some people just give up and stop playing until new event or just until they miss this game. As well as other event levels. I love LinePop2, that’s why I suggest it, put more moves on these levels, please. 🥺🥺

元のデザインに戻して欲しい
通勤時の電車暇つぶしに最後です。
色々なイベントも楽しいし、無課金でも結構頑張れます。
問い合わせは全く答えてくれませんし、たまにゲームのルールが変わってたり、出来るようになったはずの事が出来なかったりするのはご愛嬌だと思って流していました。
ただ、この前のアップデートで思いきりデザインが変わってしまい、可愛らしすぎて恥ずかしいです。このゲームの年齢層ってどの辺でしょう？こんな幼稚なデザインを好む年代が課金する主年齢層でしょうか？
「う、動けない」なんて画面に出てきて恥ずかしくないんでしょうかね。。
くーもん？もゼリーのキャラも微妙になり、苺は回収するんだと思っていたら飛び散ってテンション下がります。
段々通勤が別の似たようなゲームをやるようになりました。
ゲーム自体は大好きです。ギミックも楽しいです。どうか前のバージョンに戻してとは言わないので、選択制にさせて欲しいです。

Any game to be like the discontinued Line POP in the near future?
Will you ever have a game like Line Pop ? It was my favorite game ever and was very saddened by it not being continued? Why was it stopped?
I am also saddened by my favorite game Line Pop and just was so heart broken as there has never been a game that can be as fun as Line POP. I just pray that you will give it a second chance.

Love & Adore this game for 2 years so far
Simple, challenging & addicting. I love the many events and that there is never a shortage of things to do. Only complaint is that sometimes the translation is a bit confusing. Would recommend to any of my friends. PLEASE MAKE PLAYABLE OFFLINE!

問い合わせしても、上記の当たり前の方法しか
提案してくれないので役に立ちません。

改善までお待ちください、程度の返事で終了。

端末に何か問題があるのかと不安になったけど

結構いたので、少し安心しました。

ログインできない
新しいデータをダウンロードする様に と表示されるが、60%くらいになると0に振り出して、またダウンロードが始まって、60%になると0に戻る。
一体何なんでしょうか。
他には、
・ゲーム中、400コインだして移動回数を４回増やしたらキャンセル出来ないシステムは改善した方が良い。一回それを押すとキャンセル出来ずコインが返ってこない。
・300コインでアイテム交換する時、ハートと宝箱はいらない。ハートと宝箱はアイテムではない。付け足して言うなら猫の占い師である必要もない。
・移動したいブロックが反応しなくて、たまたま当たった指が間違えてブロックを動かした時だけ、都合よくブロックが動くバグ？あれも改善しろ。
