Zero app support - access control is nontransferable

Beyond basic functionality, this app is far from robust. There is no method to remove access control credentials that works (it just errors out citing backend issues) and the credentials are non-transferable between mobile devices even if the registered phone number is the same (ie when you get a new phone you can’t migrate your existing credentials to it). Worst of all, some brand new credentials that had never been activated did not work (and each license/credentials costs $$ to purchase) and when I tried reaching out to support via the phone line on the app, I got a dead end prerecorded message telling me to go find the commercial reseller that sold this subpar solution to my original builder (what?!?!). Unless they resolve credentials transfer issues or offer some kind of app support, I recommend that any organization considering purchasing mobile access control technology stay far far away from this one. There’s no way to get anyone at Linear/Nice to help when things go wrong.

Can’t Add to Wallet or Apple Watch

Would be nice to add to wallet and Apple Watch.

Doesn’t reach far and is very slow.
