SCAM app should be banned
Don’t provide your phone number to this app. They will call you a million times day and night to sell classes. This is abusing app which should be taken done.
Not recommended for young kids
I have to be there all the time, young kids are not really made for sitting by iPad and concentrating. They did a really good service at the beginning, but in the end when they know I’m not going to renew the class, the assistant doesn’t answer any of my questions for days. I’m not expecting to have this kind of service for $1400 class.

The Least responsible agency
This is a highly irresponsible organization. The teachers they hire are of very poor quality and frequently disappear during class. The academic office casually arranges substitute teachers, even assigning those who have previously received complaints. Course consultants constantly send WeChat messages pressuring parents to use up their paid classes or purchase more, never addressing issues based on actual circumstances. This is the worst training institution I have ever come across.

This program does not teach the words that children and people need throughout life. I have many complaints about this program as the teachers do not do a good job at explaining and going over the material. Many things aren’t taught at this program such as how to write well and know the steps of a word. They spend too much time(which you might think is good) going over one lesson. For a simple poem, my child spent 5 days going over it when I easily taught it to him in a day within 2 hours. Each class costs too much and they waste time purposely to get more money. Moreover, they spam you with ads and force you to promote their program through social media. When I decided to unenroll my kid from this program, they continued to flood my WeChat with messages for me to come back. I’ve enrolled my kid in another program and the teacher right now goes over needed words, teaches him proper writing and fixes him on his incorrect words and answers. However, the teachers at LingoAce do a horrible job of doing that. The “homework” that is assigned helps nothing for my child. This program will not benefit your kid in anyway.

Happy with our teacher but Terrible Customer Service
Be aware of LingoAce random charges. We have been taking classes for years and they have charged us random amounts aside from the cost of classes. They cannot figure out why and haven’t refunded the charges even after sending them screenshots. I love our Techer but LingoAce customer service is terrible!!!!!

Best Chinese Learning App Ever
I use LingoAce and the teachers are friendly and kind and I have learnt a lot. They teach everything in detail and make everything engaging. The app itself is wonderful and the characters make me smile. This should have a better review.
新版作业上传功能变差了
更新到3.11版后发现原来作业照片上传后，不再支持旋转，也不再支持手动重选区域，算法自动识别的区域经常出错，且不允许手动干预，使用体验变差了，请开发团队尽快修复

孩子在做语音作业时app会要二次权限,但如果孩子不小心点了不允许整个app竟然没任何提示。最后要录音时就直接判错，非常不友好。跟技术人员沟通后并没有后文。态度差评
