Harassment
Didn't enjoy the trial classes and then started calling nonstop even after we've made it thoroughly clear that we are not interested anymore. Such a disgusting organisation, harassing us again and again with different phone numbers. Every time we blocked one, another comes through. Please stop harassing us. It's so deeply disturbing when 5 numbers call in per week in the middle of the night. Absolutely terrible, would give negative stars if the option existed.

There are boring classes, concurrent flaws and I havent learnt anything in my 4 years of using the app, and they almost scam you with the teachers
THIS APP IS SO FRICKEN GOOD!!!!
This is a great app for kids. Just the homework has some problems. 1. The prints are sometimes kinda long. And 2. It is a waste of paper. The thingy rarely glitches. Plus the teachers are patient like HECK. I made a mistake like a million times and I could only see a miniature frown. Definitely suggest this app from a beginner to a pro.

i have been using lingo ace for a couple of years now and my teachers are nice to me and my classmates, once i joined a bit late and my teacher didnt get mad at me and took it easy on me, overall, 4 stars. Really lime this app

This app is AMAZING!
I don’t know about the others, but my teacher is actually very fluent and knows how to teach kids so that it’s not boring or cringe to their age. All my other teachers in other classes show things that are WAY below my age group. The app’s flow is amazing, it’s just that sometimes there would be lags where the teacher and student are looking at different screens. In summary, this app is a BIG recommend!

Teachers are bad and expects students to be robots and remember everything they say and forces you to book 2 classes a week. The app is also totally just to make money, spams you with thousands of competitions and to book more classes that guess what COSTS MONEY

really wonderful app (read if you want proper details)
The teachers are really nice and in each lesson you learn SO much! The paper homework has a nice variety to it and it has cute pictures which entices young children. When children level up, the homework changes a bit, but the fun is still in it. And, in my opinion, the online homework is quite fun, although it sometimes glitches. The lessons always have a nice story to it, which has words within it which children need to learn. The teachers are so patient and kind. The characters are also really cute and make nice story characters. the story videos are really fun too and I like how you can review previous lessons and watch playbacks. Overall, I believe that this is worthy of 5 stars. I highly recommend.

Very bad experience overall. The teachers are good, but everything else is extremely poorly managed.
It is almost impossible to reach customer service when you actually need help. When there is a problem, no one seems to take responsibility. Classes keep getting cancelled or disappearing from the system, sometimes without proper notice. They keep saying the system automatically expires the classes and then they need to add them back again. This is very unprofessional and very frustrating for customers.
The refund process is even worse. At first, the package and refund policy sounded very clear and flexible, but later they gave different explanations and made the refund very difficult. It feels misleading and unfair.
Good teachers cannot make up for terrible customer service, poor communication, messy class management, and a bad refund experience. I would not recommend this place.
