We had friends visiting from Russia. Their six-yo daughter enjoyed this and it got her interested in learning more.
Good for toddlers
My 20 month old likes it and it makes her think when she plays the quiz to match the picture to the voice prompt

I retract my previous bad review. The issue was 100 percent my fault. I apologize. App is cute and useful for very young children.
Very creative
I love this app and so do my kids. It's cute (my kids think its funny) but educational as well. Would love to see updates in the future with more words!
Fun and effective
As a 37 year old Russian learner moving to Russia in a few months I need to learn some Russian language quickly. A combination of lingu-pingu and cute baby flash cards has quickly taught me some vocab and pronunciation. Given me a bit of confidence.
Lingu-pingu is lovely, it's beautifully animated and often a bit cheeky, but I've quickly learned some basic vocab and more importantly some pronunciation.
The developers are quick to reply too.

After watching "The Great Race," the kids are visibly pleased they have an opportunity to work hard and teach themselves "French, Russian and Arabic" just like the heroes of the movie. Thank you for the Russian Lingu Pingu!
Language set up
Changing language set up should be on a different page. My 2 year old always hit the button and change the language. I can't make him concentrate on a language I want. But I like the graphics and vocabulary.
