Problème avec service client

Le dictionnaire est de bonne qualité. Le service client répond rapidement, mais n’a pas été en mesure d’aider à résoudre un problème pourtant simple. La version payante ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai finalement résolu le problème en redémarrant l’application.

Can’t restore paid dictionaries on the new phone

Disappointing experience. The app promises purchased dictionaries for life, but after getting a new iPhone I was unable to restore my $30 dictionary purchase. App support was not helpful and, as “compensation,” offered a Windows desktop version, which I can’t use since I don’t use a PC. This is not an acceptable solution for an iOS purchase. Very frustrating and misleading.
