Tracking doesn’t work

Even in tracking mode the map in the app only updates location on approximately a 15-minute delay. The location relative to where your dog was 15 minutes ago updates every 15 seconds so it looks like your dog is moving around where it was not where it is. After speaking to customer service, all the data on their side shows perfect functionality, so I’m guessing the issue is with the app. In the end it doesn’t really matter, you cannot use this product to track a lost dog.

They Bait and switch you into paying for monthly membership.

When you pay as much as you do for the device, it is crummy that you are suddenly bait and switched into paying additional membership fees. It never really mentioned that too clearly, if they had I would have gotten an AirTag and done many of the exact same things this does.

Great Support

I have to say, I’m so glad that I selected the Link device for my dogs. There were other options out there but, based on my prior experience with the first generation Link, I figured it was the right choice. The support from the Link team is outstanding. I made a software suggestion a while back and someone from your team called me a few weeks later to let me know that the change was implemented. This type of service and support should be the standard for any company.
