Useless
Bought a thermostat but can’t pair it and the device is not even listed on their device list. Contacted Help line but nobody answers. Need to return it now for a refund.
Video doorbell
Just arrived today,trying to connect it since 1pm and nothing not a chance.Very disappointed I don’t know what’s wrong
Night vision doesn’t work.
This app used to be brilliant. I bought the camera and used the app for about 4 months and it worked perfectly. After an update to the app, the night vision no longer works and the motion sensors only work sometimes. I’ve chatted to support about this. They said it would be sorted with the next app update. I’ve just updated and there has been no change. So disappointed.

Does not work
In the beginning it was great but 9-10 months later the app won’t open the camera, so even if i have a notification pop up it won’t let me view. App just freezes and closes - defeats the point of having it in the first place.
My mrs has one for her house (an indoor link2home camera) her app works fine.

Notifications
Worked great but recently I’m not getting any notifications send to me.
Stopped working with update to iPadOS 16.3.1
The app stopped working after the last iPadOS update.
It keeps quitting when connecting to devices, and when it does connect the app quits right after I issue the first instruction.

Great apart from the in house doorbell
The outside doorbell works great. But the inside plug that rings to let you know someone is at the door is very frequently not working.
Have the doorbell /plug in smart
Really impressed with the battery doorbell and smart plug.Easy to sync and managed link with Alexa so no need for chime . Very happy 👌👌only one bad point is Pity don’t come without stock a extra battery had buy one off Amazon so one is always charged .
The app is good just 1 issues.
The app is good but it takes a while to load when you go onto the live video so most of the time when you want to see who is on the front they have already gone by time it loads.

All promise, no delivery
Sadly, I cannot give this doorbell a rating higher than 1 star (a rating it does not deserve). From the start it has been a huge disappointment.
First, the instructions are so small they required 2 pairs of specs to read!
Second, the app (iPhone) was less than intuitive to use especially as the bar code could not be read, meaning the bell had to be added manually.
Third, and most frustrating, the notifications when the bell is rung are completely random: some times it will and sometimes it won’t. (There is a good strong router signal in the house.)
Fourth, since recharging the battery yesterday, the image from the bell is now inverted! I can find nothing on the manufacturer website to help with this.
Fifth, the security screw at the base of the unit is maddening as it is not a captive screw, so has already been dropped once and lost. Luckily, I had a non- security screw in my IT tool box that fitted (just) but most people would end up with no screw and an insecure device.
Sixth: The optional bell unit works fine but is too quiet even on maximum volume.
Seventh: The manufacturer website mentions in the FAQs that there is a ‘pencil icon’ at the top right of the screen (in the app, I assume) which I again assume is the hexagon with a small circle inside which will offer a Firmware Upgrade option, but I can find no sign of it despite extensive searching. VERY FRUSTRATING!!
Overall, despite decent picture quality and reasonable battery life, in my opinion this doorbell’s user experience is unacceptably erratic and unreliable, especially the working of the app and can, therefore, not be recommended.

I bought one of the doorbells after looking for a good value option and I am very happy with my purchase. Instant alerts when someone rings the bell and great audio and video. Great addition with the motion alerts and pictures it takes of each visitor also. Looking at the other products now.

I found the outdoor camera excellent quality and app simple to use overall great value! Really handy to keep an eye on my pets welfare when I’m out!

Bought a smart camera to keep an eye on our elderly relative. Really impressed by the quality of the device when compared to certain other far more expensive brands. Dead easy to set up the camera and the app. The quality of the picture is impressive for such a small device including sound and night vision, you can even pan around too. Great for peace of mind particularly now. Brilliant!
