App doesn’t work
The app literally doesn’t even work you can’t log in? And it’s crazy because they charge you for paper statements but the app doesn’t even work so I can see my statement. talk about exploitation.

When trying to manage my account online, there is no link to register or set up new login information. How does someone register to use this platform without a link to add banking account information? Banking hours are Mon-Friday 9-5 only. I work Mon-Friday 9-5, so I have no other option to use there services unless it’s online.

Bank of Delmarva was better
App doesn’t work says it needs to update when there is no update. Not to mention that every change Link Bank has made over Bank of Delmarva has been trash. Don’t think I’ll stay with this bank much longer, Fulton Bank is almost the same as BoD was.

The app wont let me logging because it says I gotta update it. But when I try to update the app. It says that there’s no updates available. So was gonna see if there was anything I could do
