DO NOT PURCHASE
I purchased it on 9/19/25, waited for it to be delivered and have been trying to return this since 10/5/25 due to malfunction. I have had to email 13 times and when I call customer service it says no one is available please try again and hangs up. The collar does not work, it says it is connected with a full charge but it really isn’t. There is no correction by shock or vibration. I have no trees or obstructions. My dog ran away more times than I can count. Worst customer service that walks you in circles and refuses to return.

Just Terrible
For training, it’s been fine. But it’s an awful replacement for a physical or an electric fence.
Had I read these app reviews before buying the collar, I wouldn’t have purchased it.

Waste of money. Doesn’t stay connected
Waste of hard-earned money
The collar only stays connected for a couple seconds. I thought our dog was secure with this collar but it stopped working without me knowing. She wandered into the neighbors pasture, spooked a mama cow which trampled and killed her calf. This was devastating; all because I trusted this collar to consistently work. The battery was fully charged so it had nothing to do with that.

Disappointed
Doesn’t stay connected I have to keep connecting and reconnecting to gain my dog. This is annoying for the price we paid. Fix the app so this issue is corrected and people won’t be out of money and time.
