DO NOT PURCHASE
I purchased it on 9/19/25, waited for it to be delivered and have been trying to return this since 10/5/25 due to malfunction. I have had to email 13 times and when I call customer service it says no one is available please try again and hangs up. The collar does not work, it says it is connected with a full charge but it really isn’t. There is no correction by shock or vibration. I have no trees or obstructions. My dog ran away more times than I can count. Worst customer service that walks you in circles and refuses to return.

Just Terrible
For training, it’s been fine. But it’s an awful replacement for a physical or an electric fence.
Had I read these app reviews before buying the collar, I wouldn’t have purchased it.

Waste of hard-earned money
The collar only stays connected for a couple seconds. I thought our dog was secure with this collar but it stopped working without me knowing. She wandered into the neighbors pasture, spooked a mama cow which trampled and killed her calf. This was devastating; all because I trusted this collar to consistently work. The battery was fully charged so it had nothing to do with that.

Disappointed
Doesn’t stay connected I have to keep connecting and reconnecting to gain my dog. This is annoying for the price we paid. Fix the app so this issue is corrected and people won’t be out of money and time.

Does not stay connected like5 ft from the dog. The fence perimeter worked 1 time. Battery extremely short span. Waste of a lot of $$$&. This makes me and my dog sad
No more than 4 points???
Is there really no more than 4 points allowed on the fence?? This doesn’t work AT ALL for our land. We have a football shaped yard and I need it to allow us to draw AT LEAST 6 points (preferably 10). We would also want to draw zones within the perimeter where our dog is not allowed… like the flower bed she keeps digging into. Ugh. Gonna have to return this, dang it.

Terrible App
GPS function useless on collar if you can’t connect to it. When you do get connected it disconnects within minutes. Collar has possibility of being great but the app makes it a paper weight.

Device keeps disconnecting from app
Very bad, every time I test the shock it disconnects and I can never tell if the fence is linked properly
Does not work
This app does not work at all. It connects to the device, but the training mode is useless. The buttons don’t work. I carried the collar over the boundary of the invisible fence and nothing happened. No noise, vibration or shock. Nothing works.

Me too!! Does not stay connected on iPhone!! Can’t check dogs location,if he’s in the perimeter, if it’s not connected!! Please fix this!!! as of now not worth the money!!!

Does not stay connected. When I need to correct my dog I’m unable to. When connected it only stays connected for a few minutes on my iPhone.
