Not very consistent
Needs a UX overhaul — navigation and video quality issues
1. Outdated interface: The overall look and feel of the app hasn't kept pace with 2026 standards. Compared to other learning platforms, it feels visually dated and could use a serious design refresh.
2. Poor lesson navigation: This is the biggest pain point. While watching a lesson in fullscreen, there's no easy way to jump to the next lesson or browse the content list — you're forced to exit fullscreen every single time just to switch chapters. Almost every other learning app lets you access the course outline right on the video screen without breaking playback. What's frustrating is that the web version of LinkedIn Learning *already has this feature* — so it's clearly not a technical limitation, just something that hasn't been prioritized for mobile. Please bring this over to the app.
3. No video quality controls: There's no option to manually select streaming quality (SD/HD/4K). When streaming without downloading, videos often look noticeably blurry, even on a strong connection. Simple quality settings, like almost every video app offers, would fix this immediately.
Bottom line:The content library is excellent, but the app itself needs real investment in UX. Fix the fullscreen navigation and add quality controls, and this would easily be a 5-star experience.

Can’t watch 2X or 3x speed
Love it! Can listen to like podcast
Found the app
Was and still am as to whether the content is free but downloaded the app anyway based on interest and the video I watched
It’s the first app I’ve downloaded on my new phone as LinkedIn or in as it’s abbreviation is slow to load and difficult to post on even though I do need to update my projects on it.
Looking forward to the (free) hopefully content on the linked in learning app that is separate to LinkedIn to see what it contains and offers as a service
The five stars is a positive review for it’s potential
Worthless. Login is broken.
Update the app icon for iOS
You want my ID? No thanks
Extremely laggy, I’m just trying to sign out of my old account and it just doesn’t work
Toast notifications are frustrating!
Library access not working
