Terrible app
This app is really bad. It glitches and closes, won’t record answers, fails to open, freezes without warning. It’s so frustrating, it can take hours to record the data you need and then you end up giving up anyway
Rubbish
App keeps closing when filling in the forms or doing the breath test or freezing. It can take anywhere between 30 mins to 2 hours to do a simple 5 minute task, have deleted it and reinstalled it but the problems keep persisting.

I have repeatedly asked for a password reset. I never get an email back.
Login problems
I can’t seem to log in with both usernames. I change my password last week that went through. Now I am unable to log in.

Personalization needed
The app is ok. I wish there was a way to set my own time reminder for taking my Jetson & be able to pick the notification sound as well (like an alarm clock). Also, would like to be able to delete my “messages” in the inbox once it’s been read. And lastly, the app needs to be able to let each person set their start date for the next bottle of Jetson. I signed up for the app and it had me starting my Jetson before I had even received it yet. It says I have 2 days left in my cycle, but I have more pills left than that. Needs to be able to be personalized by the individual user.
