User reviews

Terrible bugs for being part of a research project, with naïve training questions.

It is unacceptable that this is the main tool for a research project on BrainHealth®. The videos do not stream or they lock, but at least you can then read the transcripts. The most maddening part is when you have to fill in text boxes as part of the activities and assessments. The keypad obscures the button that you have to press to enter your answer and move on to the next part. This app is extremely unprofessional and adds unnecessary frustration and a waste of time.

I had to add to this review after progressing through some more training. As a former university professor, I am shocked that this research project has not had better review.

I am a subject in this study, and retired. They know this because of the questions that they already asked me in prior sections. Yet in the training, I am to select and prioritize tasks. Writing a résumé and preparing notes to study for an exam were considered high priority. In contrast, getting my groceries and paying my electric bill were not considered priorities.

This is so wrong on so many levels that it defies logic, but in a nutshell, these researchers have not considered the context in which a person has to make such decisions. There is another level of brain training that has to go on and it is with the immediate researchers in this.

Keeps freezing

I can’t move forward. On the Welcome Let’s Get Started page, training jumpstart, the start button doesn’t work. I rebooted my I phone, it seemed to reset, then stuck again in the same place. Very poor introduce to this app

Attempted to use, now feel like I lost the plot

Set up account and password. Saved info to apple passwords. Used apple passwords to use app. Got unable to access message. Deleted app.

Great program, glitchy app

Parts of the app are still glitchy. When you watch a resource the app ask a few survey questions and keeps looping through the same question.

App struggles

I’m having issues with the app. It won’t scroll down after I type my summary paragraph. So I can’t submit my answer. And I really want to!
