I didn’t have a problem with spam calls till signing up with Lions Choice. I get a dozen spam calls a day since.
$15 for a small meal is crazy

Not sure what has happened, but the app previously worked but now doesn’t.
Missing the most important part
Upon downloading and attempting to use, I was errored out and told this transaction/order could not go through. I was short on time and the line was long due to lunch rush and I left. Came to find that they did still charge me, twice… I attempted to reach out to support and never heard back and my bank told me they couldn’t help with pending transactions with no clear indication of if this transaction was going to go through or not. Would love to be able to order via mobile, but this is quite the flaw.

I have been eating Lion’s Choice my whole life, and using the app for a good number of years now. It has been through several iterations with a myriad of problems, the last version of which included constant malfunction on Apple Pay and incorrect hours (which in fact may have had more to do with employees at certain locations, closing earlier than they were supposed to… But that’s for a different review I suppose.) My only complaints of this version are that it is seemingly impossible to get tech-support/customer service for the occasional order or in-restaurant issue (a problem I’ve had when I emailed their help address as well), and this is a small one, but when placing an in-app order, I still don’t have the ability to add Hellmann’s mayonnaise.
Lions choice, Raine supreme as my favorite fast food, and I am glad the app works better than it once, but there is of course always room for improvement. My genuine opinion is that it would be about 4.75 stars 👍🏻👍🏻

Freezes
I have been able to load the app, but it will not let me set up an account. It allows me to activate Face ID and enter my email, but it will not let me click on the create account tab.

Why cant i change the amount on the items in the basket, why cant i get mayo on a sandwich, why does it prompt me with delicious sweet treats for every. item. I. add. when im trying to practice self control. Not awesome! Dont like it! 👎

App isn’t that user friendly. Please add the quantity option so we don’t have to select the item and all the options again.

Awesome app
It’s very easy to navigate. I only wish I could select an option to pick the food up in the drive-through. I have been just going up to the drive-through speaker and telling them that I’m there to get my order. They just need my name and they hand it to me. It’s awesome.
Apple Pay glitch
Every time I try to check out with Apple Pay it says there’s an error but if I manually enter the same card I want to Apple Pay with it works fine. Ugh

Broken connection with Apple Pay - Hasn’t been fixed for years
This app is glitchy.
To start with, the app alleges it has Apple Pay functionality. However, if you actually try to pay for an order with Apple Pay, the order will fail every time.
This has been an issue since I first downloaded this application in 2022 and the company has done nothing to fix it.
If you apply rewards to an order before finalizing your selections, you have to reapply the reward to your order. This feels like an underhanded consultant-recommended feature designed to limit revenue loss due to reward redemption, which is a real shame.

Most unreliable, bipolar app ever created
80% of the time you can’t login because the app either crashes or has no idea of your user data even if you’ve been using their app for 10+ years.
App review
If the store doesn’t have what’s on the menu, I have to come back to the app and ask for my money back because they don’t have a way of giving the money back, which is ridiculous. it would be easier if the app went to the store. The store said yes or no before you ran my credit card,then you wouldn’t have any issues paying people back or getting something you didn’t want because they didn’t have what you originally asked for.

It’s okay but has payment issues
It works OK to check out when you have time to review all of the options and small text in the app, however, if you expect to pay with Apple Pay, it just never goes through no matter what card you use with it.
New app totally unreliable
Not sure why they changed, the old one worked fine. New one every other day gets returned errors from server very annoying and a big step backwards.
