Can't add points from the receipt
When you go to add point with the receipt and you need to type in the date a big giant icon blocks the button that enables you to proceed. They have a point system but they sure do not want you to implement. All the workers at the restaurants don't know how to do a point either due to a lack of training.

Too expensive
The Louisville location is $6 more than the location outside of the city. Food wasn’t that good either. I don’t trust a restaurant/franchise that prices like that.
