I didn’t order no food on the app I was trying to get a card off the app and my card was charged 41.99 and no one could help me I never received a confirmation either
Can't add points from the receipt
When you go to add point with the receipt and you need to type in the date a big giant icon blocks the button that enables you to proceed. They have a point system but they sure do not want you to implement. All the workers at the restaurants don't know how to deal with the points either due to a lack of training. One worker was able to add my points once before when they scanned my QR code in the app, but since then, for some reason, none of them are able to do it right. I show them my code and the app, they'll scan it, but nothing ever gets added. Maybe they don't know when to scan it in the proper sequence or something. I don't know, I'm not in front of the register.
