I ordered a meal and 2 chicken strips at least a month ago.
I paid for them on the app and when I got there, I was charged for the chicken strips when your advertisement said that I was gonna get a 2 piece meal free – it did not specify that it was a 2 piece dark ONLY.
I did not accept the order and the manager gave me the corporate phone number to get my money back and I still have not gotten my money back nor did I get the meal from you.
I would not be ordering now if it were not for my wife.
If it was up to me, I’d never buy another piece of your chicken.
I don’t care how good it might be because you ROBBED me!

App need improvement
The app needs work. Numerous times I’ve been unable to log into the app or select/enter credit card information in order to complete my order on the app. Great chicken, but they’re losing business due to their app’s performance.

The app needs some careful review definitely!
The fish combo says it includes a side & drink for example, however it is mandatory to add a .40 cent drink!
The prices per item are not listed unless you begin an order. My restaurant location is not listed after typing in my city or zip code. Very difficult to use as compared to many other restaurant websites!

Expensive side
I love lees but I wish they offered better deals on family meals because why am I spending $50 for a 12 piece tender it’s crazy
Good Chicken; Terrible App!
I quit using the app long ago. Thought I’d give it another try to see if any if the issue have been fixed. Nope! I always use the Drive Thru. To try to claim my points later, I have to log into the app, then it takes me to Spendgo.com where I’m to log in again to upload my receipt. Awful! I agree with others saying they need to make an app that is user friendly.

Excellent chicken, terrible app
The app doesn’t want to load or let me enter all my credit card info once it does decide to load. Only room in the pick up line for a few cars so I always try to order ahead. Over all definitely need to hire someone to update the app and make it more user friendly. Lees has very good food and service in my small town but the app leaves room for improvement.

Poor app design
I really like this place, but whoever designed your app did a poor job. Buttons don’t work, selections delete themselves, never ending loading. I just dealt with so many issues from this app it took us over 45 minutes to get an order put together on the app. $70 order, wouldn’t load my saved payment options I’ve used with no issues for some unknown reason
By the time the order was ready to be placed it would only let me fill out an order for tomorrow morning. Your app is so bad it cost your restaurant a large order

App Menu Incomplete
The store in Milan, TN sells gizzards and livers, but they are not listed on the menu in the app. I had to go into the store to order them, which defeats the purpose of online ordering and curbside pickup.
Constantly malfunctioning app
It doesn’t recognize my existing payment methods even though they’re saved under my profile. Then, when I try to manually add a payment method, they have slots for all of my card information except for the name on the card. When I submit it, it tells me I’m missing THE NAME ON THE CARD! Make it make sense

Can’t add card payment
As if paying a fee when you’re there ordering in person cause you’re using a credit card isn’t annoying enough now you can’t even add your credit card to the app. It’ll say please provide a valid first name and say that the credit card number is inaccurate when everything is correct.
Went to order today and couldn’t enter payment method
I tried to order today but even though I have my card saved it was not an option to use. Went to add card as a payment method and it said, “Enter a valid first name”. However there is NO place to enter your name when entering your card. And I was logged in and my name is on the account. So totally unable to use the app to do the one thing it is made to do, order Lees Chicken.

No delivery functionality
There is a delivery option but it won’t go past searching for your city. You can enter your zip code but as soon as you try searching your home number and road it just doesn’t work
Terrible
This location is absolutely terrible. They charge you extra to use a debit card for starters and they allow you to order items online that they do not have and say they cannot replace it with anything else.
Garbage app that won’t let me order online
At checkout when trying to pay it asks to “provide valid first name”…except there’s nowhere to actually do that. Got frustrated to the point I gave up and ordered something else. It needs to be fixed.

I absolutely loooove the chicken strips! Famous recipe or roasted, always a winner!!
