Great customer support
I am a MasterCook transfer. I really haven’t used the program that much but I’m giving it 5 stars because of the support I received from Pam. The big issue was bringing over my recipes. The cost to do did seem a bit pricey after paying for an annual subscription. But still 5 stars because of Pam’s support.

Great Recipe Organizer
Cook’n is a great product that enables you to add recipes from various sources and keeps your recipes intact in a format of your choice. But that’s not all. Cook’n has a great Support Service that makes the entire experience truly great. Thank you Dan and also thank you Pam for your excellent and timely support.

Great tool
Love using Cook’n to capture and store new and old recipes. Recently had a issue that was resolved quickly and efficiently - love this product.
Greatest program there is
Cook’n is the greatest program there is. I have been using it for over 15-20 years and it’s the only one that I will use.
I had issues with my computer and had to erase and uninstall the Cook’n program and then could not get it. reinstalled on my PC and contacted Pam. She signed into my computer and spent over six hours trying to get it reloaded and could not do it the first day so she came back the next morning and went back to work. She then loaded the latest version onto my laptop and then went to my PC and loaded the latest version on it. They are both working excellent now.
Pam went way beyond what she needed to and I am so grateful for that. I cannot say enough about how much this employee is an asset to your company.
