I’m not real good at computers, but customer service took their time to help me figure out what I needed. They gave me more time than I needed to figure out how to upgrade Cook’n and they helped me with my Cloud account. Thank you for your great help.
GREAT APP!!!!!
I’m fairly new to the app but I’m thrilled with it! It’s so easy to use and organize. Customer service is top notch. I had a small issue using my watch with the app and they resolved it super fast. Very friendly communication with Pam and she took care of everything. I highly recommend Cook’n!!!

Old version better
Since the update, it takes longer to scroll down to my personal cookbook. The photos are not needed. Please add a list option. And it would be nice to be able to order the cookbooks manually so I can put my favorites at the top.

Worst update ever
I have been a long time Cook’n user. Before this update it was so seamless to copy a recipe from online and paste it directly into the app. Because of this update, the format to every recipe I have is messed up, and requires me to manually input every single ingredient instead of just copy and paste. This has turned a usual 1 minute process into 5 minutes of manual input per recipe. I won’t be using Cook’n anymore.

Fabulous Software
I have been using this software for probably 9 years or more. I absolutely love it! When grocery shopping I can whip open the app and make sure I have in my cart all of the ingredients necessary to make each recipe. And the ability to scale the recipe to accommodate the number of servings I want each time, is a huge plus.

I love this app. Cook’n is awesome. The software is constantly being upgraded with cutting edge AI features that actually make a difference. Customer service is second to none-truly impressive. I was so happy with it that I just upgraded to the family plan so I can share it with my daughter. Highly recommend!

Holding recipes hostage
Been a free subscriber to this app for over six years. All of a sudden I can’t access my recipes unless I pay $4.99 to download them. Ridiculous!
Absolutely- the BEST recipe app
I love Cook’n app.i have been using for several years and find it to be very user friendly, powerful, flexible and robust. It is constantly evolving , getting better and better all the time. My most favorite feature is ‘scan’ as I have collected recipes from magazines, newspaper, classes, friends and family for decades. I can now easily search or review recipes rather than spending too much time looking. Secondly, sharing a recipe is a snap via text or email. The subscription is well worth the nominal price - I would be devastated if I lost my collection. Thank you DVO.

Cook’n
I was a little worried when this company took over Mastercook but it turns out this is way more advanced. There’s a little bit of a learning curve to get the settings how you want them,but man is it cool once you get it set.

I purchased Cook’n recipe keeper to help me stay organized in my bakery. So easy to look up recipes and import them.
I had a few struggles at first, but the tech support was patient and so helpful. Love it!

Great customer support
I am a MasterCook transfer. I really haven’t used the program that much but I’m giving it 5 stars because of the support I received from Pam. The big issue was bringing over my recipes. The cost to do did seem a bit pricey after paying for an annual subscription. But still 5 stars because of Pam’s support.

Great Recipe Organizer
Cook’n is a great product that enables you to add recipes from various sources and keeps your recipes intact in a format of your choice. But that’s not all. Cook’n has a great Support Service that makes the entire experience truly great. Thank you Dan and also thank you Pam for your excellent and timely support.

Great tool
Love using Cook’n to capture and store new and old recipes. Recently had a issue that was resolved quickly and efficiently - love this product.
Greatest program there is
Cook’n is the greatest program there is. I have been using it for over 15-20 years and it’s the only one that I will use.
I had issues with my computer and had to erase and uninstall the Cook’n program and then could not get it. reinstalled on my PC and contacted Pam. She signed into my computer and spent over six hours trying to get it reloaded and could not do it the first day so she came back the next morning and went back to work. She then loaded the latest version onto my laptop and then went to my PC and loaded the latest version on it. They are both working excellent now.
Pam went way beyond what she needed to and I am so grateful for that. I cannot say enough about how much this employee is an asset to your company.

I have used Cook’n for years! It has been a simple way for me to collect recipes and keep them all together. My Cook’n collection is truly my best scrapbook-as I have tried and tested recipes from family and friends!

The BEST recipe app out there
I have used for over 30 years. I don’t know what I would do without it.
I love the fact that I can have it on my phone besides my iPad and laptop so when I go grocery shopping and I look up an ingredient I’m buying I can look at the recipe to see how much I need or why.
