Paid for “Shipping Protection” — they refused to honor it
Ordered two bottles (about $730) through this app and paid extra for their “Shipping Protection” that clearly says it covers Loss & Theft. The order needed an adult signature. It got marked delivered but I never received it — the proof of delivery was signed by a stranger, not me, and my neighbors, front desk, and building management all confirmed it never arrived.
When I asked them to honor the protection I paid for, they just told me to go chase the courier myself, then told me to keep searching my building, then stopped responding entirely. I emailed their support from a different address as a new customer and got a reply in minutes — so ignoring me was a choice.
Over a week later, still no refund. They’ll happily charge you for “protection” and then refuse to stand behind it the moment something goes wrong. Save yourself the headache.
