Scam
The app was not useful at all and I was given a 7 day free trial and cancelled it in 3 days. Now I’m being charged. Can get a number to call either!!

This app is a joke signed up for a seven day. Trial couldn’t do anything for the first two days including talked to customer service the third day. I finally got to talk to customer service and she tells me that I only signed up for three day trial well funny that I couldn’t use it for the first two days the third day. She tells me that it’s a three day trial and they took the money off my card because it wasn’t free and then she tells me that she can’t shut my account down. So they’re gonna wait until the third day to tell me that I can’t use the app that I signed up for a three day trial take the money off my card. Can’t use it for two days but then tell me that they can’t shut the account down either. Let’s have a joke. Be careful. It’s a scam.

Total waste of time!
Misrepresentation by staff. Total AI, incorrect information, better help from Gemini or 365 AI and free. Customer service number wants to sell you more services. Tried to cancel and get refund they wanted to extend my service. Threaten calling bank for charge back and they said I will see refund in 7 to 10 days. Stay away from this app.

Absolutely amazing it was in a wonderful and refreshing experience having received many cold door experiences with real life, attorneys and trying to find someone to take my case and being rejected. This was truly uplifting and wonderful thank you very much.

I downloaded the app and it doesn’t go past the first page. This app is garbage.

Horrible. Won’t even let me login and just keeps saying I have an account already yet I can’t even login. Once I do it wants me to pay even though it says free 3 day trial. Complete waste.

I was referred to the Lisa Law app through Rocket Lawyer and was instructed by an agent that if I paid $29.90, I would have 24-hour access to legal resources and even be able to connect with attorneys, including free options. Out of desperation for legal help, I trusted this referral and downloaded the app. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any legal service.
The representative assured me that the Lisa Law app would provide immediate assistance and resources. However, after payment, every time I asked the chatbot to send me legal information or connect me with an attorney, nothing ever came through. I spent two days trying repeatedly, and the app consistently failed to deliver on even the most basic promises. Not once did I receive the information or access they claimed I would get.
This is extremely frustrating because when people are reaching out for legal help, they are usually already in stressful and vulnerable situations. To take money under the pretense of offering help and then fail to provide anything at all feels deceptive and unethical. From my perspective, this is a clear case of misleading trade practices.
I eventually had to contact Chime to request a refund because Lisa Law and Rocket Lawyer provided me with zero value for the money I spent. The entire process was stressful, upsetting, and a complete waste of time when I needed actual support the most.
I strongly caution anyone considering this app: Do not waste your time or your money. Lisa Law does not fulfill its promises, and instead seems designed to take payments without providing the advertised services. Legal help is too important to gamble on a service that misleads customers and fails to deliver.

I got immediate help by Lisa, gave me the attorney contact specifically for my legal issue and I received the legal assistance I needed. Great service.
Not good
The app locks up regularly. Also the Help Center in the profile option is grayed out. I was told that it would be “easy” to cancel but I can find no help in doing so. Beware!!

This people are literally scammers their app is good but all these informations are still easy to google and ChatGPT is there to help you better. They got no direct attorneys to reach out to and their AI don’t provide attorneys that give free consultations and they are not located in your area either. I asked for a refund and they were like sorry we can’t give you a refund then I went ahead and canceled this immediately. Their customer service is awful. Don’t ever give your credit card information over the phone to these guys either.

I was dealing with an issue with my apartment where my landlord had not repaired a leak in our kitchen and our gas heater has not worked since I moved in. I talked with Lisa and she explained what my rights were and helped me to draft a letter that worked leaky faucet and heater both replaced!
