App is garbage. Doesn't work at all until you purchase it, so it's not free with in in-app purchase. That's just a categorical lie. There is no app without a purchase, and after you purchase it you have a unworkable app. Doesn't load a map. Doesn't navigate. Doesn't function. Absolutely fraudulent.
