Mysteriously lost my Lisk coin?

CreaTivJ7, we do offer 2FA as one of the security options (along with the options allowing setting PIN code and confirmation of transactions through the email address) It looks like you've created a new profile instead of logging into your previous one. Please log out and then back in using the same authorization method you had for your previous wallet. If you need any assistance, please contact our support team. Thanks!

Update: funds went through but wont use a wallet till they give me my own pass keys.

Alex, the transaction was successful on our side and has been accepted by the network. The private keys feature has already been released for our BTC app. It is coming for other Freewallet apps, too. Please stay tuned for our news!
Excellent App
****UPDATE**** Spoke too soon. Initially the wallet, itself, is great but a product is only as good as the customer support is offered which is non existent. They take ur hard earned money and hold it but if there is a problem, good luck, because they can care less and u will NEVER get someone to help u, only computer generated replies. Pathetic!!!
****UPDATE****Situation was finally rectified, thank you. Yes, this review is on another wallet, which I did have coins in but removed due to the fear of losing them. The wallets weren’t and aren’t the problem, it was the inability to receive an actual response to a situation and lack of resources for contact. I understand cryptocurrency is a new industry and growing at an exponential pace. I only hope, with such a great product, Freewallet is able to keep up with the demand because their products can and SHOULD be top of the line and could be extremely lucrative for them.
