Appreciate the help from accounting on how to complete. Would suggest to add instruction to press green button after front picture is taken to go back to screen asking for frt/back screen shot to take picture of back of check and than back again after pressing green button.

Too much security?

Great neighborhood bank, courteous, professional people. Sometimes, with no explanation, mobile banking will require you to reset the password . That is a pain, because the mobile app won’t work.

Not user friendly at all !!
Changing password every 3 months is very very inconvenient and you cannot use last several passwords! No other bank does this !
