Good App
Does basic lists. Very useful and have used it for several years.
It could use some extra features such as being able to copy and paste to other apps. Also the list items that are long and don’t fit on the screen should automatically roll to a line below as you can’t read the entire item.

Confusion
Hopelessly confusing trying to add and subtract categories from the list. It is very clumsy and difficult to figure out how to add and subtract things especially headings.
Best Task Manager App of 2021!
I use this app as a task board for my Minecraft Survival world and it works great! No ads after ticking off a task or removing items, simple GUI, and quick and easy gestures. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Although, I do have one recommendation: can there please be a dark theme for the UI for those who use iOS's dark mode? Thank you.

Must be able to edit.

That's a great thought - you actually can edit an item. Swipe from the left on the item you want to edit and you will see the edit button. Tap 'edit' and you can make any changes. Additionally, swiping right will allow you to quick delete the item. Hope this helps!
