Once great, useless now
This app used to be perfect and far superior to any real estate app, especially for comparing prices and seeing price changes or listing updates. Now all I see is whenever I want that info is “Ask Your Agent”. Don’t bother with this app. Party’s over.
Terrible since update
This used to be my favorite app. Sadly, after a recent update I cannot stand this platform anymore. There has been a significant reduction in functions and the features that had set this app above the rest has now been reduced to, “ask your agent”. So unfortunate.
Historical Price Data no longer available
The app was amazing until they stopped displaying the historical pricing data. If i have to “Ask my Agent” for the prices, I would be using their app platform for it. Please turn on the historical pricing data to keep the app amazing.
“Ask your Agent” how good this app once was
What was once a far superior realtor app has become an obsolete tool blocked by “ask your agent” walls. Why start to now gatekeep readily available information other apps give freely just to generate agent communication? you are literally pushing users away who are looking to buy.
Reduced functions
A recent update has rendered the app useless. Sold prices and historical data have disappeared…

Stuck with an agent I don’t know
The agent in my profile is not my agent. No way to change so app is displaying irrelevant listings.

Hands down this is the easiest, client friendly app there is. All my clients feedback is how easy it is to use and how they appreciate being able to see previous listings and sale price.
Listed is a true game changer!
The Listed app for Realtors is a true game changer as it presents full listings (both MLS and Exclusive) of properties for sale and for lease as well as those that have sold and have leased, expired and/or been terminated. Much quicker search and filters than those offered through the local board. Also, listed keeps agents in touch with their clients so an agent can see properties that are on their clients' lists. In addition, agents can share the app with their clients and future clients, helping to build their client base and provide better service. Communication through the app is seamless and the tech support is next level. Love it!

Incredibly efficient tool to enhance client experience!
