Unusable
Ok website, absolutely terrible app. Can’t view a map or change neighbourhood to search — it would be better to have no app at all.
Frustrating App
Most of the time the app doesn't work. Can't change the filters or update anything properly.
The worst part is I can't seem to find an option to report something or hide it. People post garbage listings and I can't remove it. Like if someone has the filter for 1 parking and then days3 in the description "1 parking space available for $250."
Their web version is amazing and has helped in the past, but the iPhone app doesn't even do the bare minimum.

AVOID AND Stick with MLS
When you click on a property be aware that your email and contact information immediately is forwarded to an agent who will contact you unsolicited. No doubt you waive your rights when you agree to the T+C. We had some aggressive agents calling our cell phones and it wasn’t appreciated. These listings are skimmed off of MLS so there is no value to this app so just stick with MLS or realtor.ca

Helpful only for realtors and prospective tenants browsing
There needs to be some regulation around how realtors post listings, like a posting without any pictures should not be allowed. And there’s no button to provide feedback around listings that appear misleading or inaccurate.
Glitchy
App glitches out and doesn’t show favourites section and it’s hard to filter
