App no longer works
Can’t connect or add thermostats to app. « Add thermostat » button won’t ever respond
Schedule does not work
When I first downloaded the app, it was very basic but worked. Yes it is moving fan speed but everything else worked. My building had a power outage and since then I have not been able to get the schedule feature to work through the app. Through the app I can turn on a schedule and select what type but I am unable to adjust the temperature settings. The app allows me to do it but nothing translates to the thermostat like when I originally downloaded. I have done everything to trouble shoot, restarted the app, restarted thermostat, disconnected and reconnected. I even deleted my account and created a new one and nothing works. The only way to adjust the temperate of the schedule now is through my thermostat. The app doesn’t work for this which was my main use for it due to my travel.
