App stopped working
The app stopped working out of the blue. Tried reset the wifi on the thermostat but still unable to reconnect. The thermostat got the wifi setting again and I can see the thermostat on my network and replying to ping but the app stuck at “Testing Communication”. Also tried remove/reinstall the app but still unable to reconnect the app.

Schedule does not work
Update: now similar to other reviews it just doesn’t connect. Cannot reconnect the device or anything. This might be the worst thermostat company out there.
When I first downloaded the app, it was very basic but worked. Yes it is missing fan speed but everything else worked. My building had a power outage and since then I have not been able to get the schedule feature to work through the app. Through the app I can turn on a schedule and select what type but I am unable to adjust the temperature settings. The app allows me to do it but nothing translates to the thermostat like when I originally downloaded. I have done everything to trouble shoot, restarted the app, restarted thermostat, disconnected and reconnected. I even deleted my account and created a new one and nothing works. The only way to adjust the temperate of the schedule now is through my thermostat. The app doesn’t work for this which was my main use for it due to my travel.

Useless
Basically is having no AC in your home, if you have this is your apartment just know you are going to sweat a lot…
And if you see the oficial video on how to use the machine manually, there is no comment section…. Horrible literally I would be ashamed to work in that company. I never write reviews but this guys really…. Horrible horrible

Can’t finalize set up
While trying to connect to my thermostat, the app keeps on getting stuck on Testing communication step.
It’s great how a new condo build is using this brand products and their app can’t even work properly With their hardware.

Broken
The app was a solid 3/5 when it did connect to the actual thermostat. It does not anymore. If I had to guess the company made their money and have moved on to other projects that generate shareholder value. Zero support. Deserves less than 1 star.
