The visitors passes also rarely work, and fixes are slow to come through.

Always showing connection error, never works! Contacted support a week ago and never got a reply. Worst app and customer support.

Amenity feature hasn’t been working for months.
Very poor implementation
Just has never worked as expected and told it would do. Problems accessing doors reliably. On suite panel is useless. Intercom and door release does not work reliably

New update is supposed to fix the bugs but it just made the app worse. Can’t even open the visitor parking tab after several restarts.
