Some features don’t work
Amenity feature hasn’t been working for months.
Very poor implementation
Just has never worked as expected and told it would do. Problems accessing doors reliably. On suite panel is useless. Intercom and door release does not work reliably
It rings your phone and then you can’t obviously do anything

Update doesn’t work
New update is supposed to fix the bugs but it just made the app worse. Can’t even open the visitor parking tab after several restarts.
You can’t open suit door
Try to open the suit door. It’s impossible
Connection Error
Continually having connection errors. Can never change tempature cause connection error. Frustrating to deal with.
