Some features don’t work
Amenity feature hasn’t been working for months.
Very poor implementation
Just has never worked as expected and told it would do. Problems accessing doors reliably. On suite panel is useless. Intercom and door release does not work reliably

Update doesn’t work
New update is supposed to fix the bugs but it just made the app worse. Can’t even open the visitor parking tab after several restarts.
You can’t open suit door
Try to open the suit door. It’s impossible
Connection Error
Continually having connection errors. Can never change tempature cause connection error. Frustrating to deal with.
Unlock the door
Frequently door lock changed to unlock. It’s not safety and this app cannot working on the phon.
Labels have disappeared?
Recently, the labels have disappeared for each square so it’s difficult to navigate. This seems to have happened for others I have spoken to in the community.
App is good - lacks widgets and Apple Watch app
App since moving to my new condo seems to work more reliably. Previously attempting to sign up or log into account would not work, which made me doubt how effective this will be.
This app however lacks widgets which I think are important. To ensure you can access important stuff with a click of a button instead of opening the app.
Also Apple Watch app would be helpful if you want to unlock your door, or open a specific room in your building that’s favourited.

Terrible
This app sucks. Doesn’t update the temperature like it’s supposed to
Cheap and homemade
This app is terrible. Its buggy and breaks often. I wouldn’t use if I had a choice. But my condo signed with SmartOne, so I can’t opt out. I would recommend avoiding this company. They are clearly a startup who does not know what they’re doing.
Poor Service and Reliability
Very poor experience with the app, not very intuitive or easy to navigate and help desk responds slowly and just directs you to their manual.

Unresponsive
Used this app for about a year so far and it worked as expected when controlling the thermostat. Now the app times out anytime I try to turn the heat on or off. It also does not update the current state of the thermostat.
So slow
I hate how slow this app loads. Takes for ever to show packages. Also, it does not update I’m real time, you must close the app completely for updated information for available packages.
App doesn’t work
I’ve been having issues with the app and the wall device for some time now. I called and said someone will call back to fix it but still hasn’t. I honestly don’t like this.
Locked/Unlocked indicator
The app is pretty good for smart home but could you add the feature that show in the app that the door is locked or unlocked currently there is just one indicator that shows the door is opened/closed
Update???
My app just got an update today, your notes says that you guys fixed the issues but the app still sucks, it is still super slow and crashes.
Add notifications alert, please!
The application frequently significantly slows down and lacks functionality for working with notifications. I do not receive notifications for new messages from my condo until I manually check the tab within the app. I would prefer it if the notification alerts were visually represented on the main screen. Additionally, having pop-up notifications that immediately inform me of new posts as soon as they are received would be beneficial.

Always connection error
The connection is unstable and often not work when you need it!
The app doesn’t work when you need it.
I often get a black screen with an infinite loading icon. The only work around is to un install and reinstall the app. The thermostat configuration can’t be changed from the app, it gets stuck in an infinite loading icon too. I have also gotten multiple false unit alarms. What is supposed to be a quality of life improvement has become to me another source of concerns and frustration.

After updated the app, I can not control any thing inside room. I think there is some issues while updating the apps.
