Unreliable. No connectivity when you need it. Forced to use it due to condo equipment but I’d never choose this myself.
Not working
App doesn’t work properly. Never able to adjust temperature using app. Registering the device is a lengthy process and after registering successfully, app will work couple of days and then will stop working.
Useless, Malfunctions and no support
The thermostat malfunctions along with the app, very poor quality thermostat and app. The thermostat gives incorrect temperature and humidity readings. No customer service support, they do not respond to any requests. I have been trying to reach them for the last few years since my condo was built, no response.

It’s unreliable and very poorly designed. It’s ages behind Nest Thermostat both in hardware and software
