Ok website, absolutely terrible app. Can’t view a map or change neighbourhood to search — it would be better to have no app at all.
Frustrating App
Most of the time the app doesn't work. Can't change the filters or update anything properly.
The worst part is I can't seem to find an option to report something or hide it. People post garbage listings and I can't remove it. Like if someone has the filter for 1 parking and then days3 in the description "1 parking space available for $250."
Their web version is amazing and has helped in the past, but the iPhone app doesn't even do the bare minimum.

AVOID AND Stick with MLS
When you click on a property be aware that your email and contact information immediately is forwarded to an agent who will contact you unsolicited. No doubt you waive your rights when you agree to the T+C. We had some aggressive agents calling our cell phones and it wasn’t appreciated. These listings are skimmed off of MLS so there is no value to this app so just stick with MLS or realtor.ca

Helpful only for realtors and prospective tenants browsing
There needs to be some regulation around how realtors post listings, like a posting without any pictures should not be allowed. And there’s no button to provide feedback around listings that appear misleading or inaccurate.
Glitchy
App glitches out and doesn’t show favourites section and it’s hard to filter

App use to work well but now it Won’t load. Desktop site works well but since the app sucks I use HouseSigma more

My phone gets heated up
I use this app on my phone barely for 10-15 minutes and my phone instantly heats up like crazy.
Doesn’t work at all
Trying to add/remove filters and searching listings but it doesn’t update the filters at all. Can’t search anything on the app.

My agent on condo.ca stopped responding to me and I couldn’t find a place to rent. We were messaging back and forth but he took 2 business days to reply to my messages.

Crash Bug Filled App
Had it for 2 days, already crashed. It will not let me clear out the search data or unselect options. So I get one search and one search only

Brokers will call your number unexpectedly once you enter a condo’s page and info even when you are browsing
