Missing a Basic Feature
The year is 2026. All self-respecting financial institutions allow their customers to reset debit card pins from within their app. And yet, this app does not. This is especially egregious for Listerhill because their ATMs require the stupid pin.

Doesn’t accurately track over weekends. Functionally useless during that time.
AI integration
With the addition of AI integration has ruined this app. My balance is never correct anymore. The will be ghost charges. Then the charge will show up days later from where it was from. However we will have pending charges now that don’t reflect the balance. My wife can open our account and it will have a different balance. This app was fine until you dipped your toes in ai. Maybe you don’t need to fix something that’s not broke.

Going backwards
The app has regressed. You can no longer see pending transactions on your account. Absurd. What good is a bank or app if you can’t get the services you need conveniently?
Annoying app
So many issues with this app. My biggest frustration is everytime I log in it wants me to change my passcode. I will log in and two days later it’s saying too many failed attempts. So annoying!! Please fix
