AI integration
With the addition of AI integration has ruined this app. My balance is never correct anymore. The will be ghost charges. Then the charge will show up days later from where it was from. However we will have pending charges now that don’t reflect the balance. My wife can open our account and it will have a different balance. This app was fine until you dipped your toes in ai. Maybe you don’t need to fix something that’s not broke.

Going backwards
The app has regressed. You can no longer see pending transactions on your account. Absurd. What good is a bank or app if you can’t get the services you need conveniently?
Annoying app
So many issues with this app. My biggest frustration is everytime I log in it wants me to change my passcode. I will log in and two days later it’s saying too many failed attempts. So annoying!! Please fix
Clunky and suffocating
It’s navigable and usable but the credit card account interface leaves absolutely everything to be desired. It is so claustrophobic, unintuitive and it is near user hostile. I just want my credit card stuff to appear with my bank stuff.
On what planet would I draw the conclusion that “view cards” is how I view recent transactions. I hate it and I just might pay the card off and drop it just because of the user interface. Credit score be damned.
Please overhaul this. I’m begging you. It’s concerning. I need clear options and I need my options to be available to be used.

Annoying app

It’s good but could be better
I have a loan and the app is the only way I make payments on it. I really would like if it could fix in the account options where it says interest paid or interest due. It always says 0 but when I pay they take money out. Other wise the app is great. The app keeps making me reset my password everytime I log in. This app is ridiculous please fix these bugs.

Please fix the auto log in with Face ID
This has been an issue for over a year, I was patient at first but it’s been way to long to have a simple fix not implemented yet. This use to work fine but now you can only use Face ID populate the username which is useless because when you try to autofill the password it clears at the username field. The app is fine other than that and if this was fixed it would be 5 stars. Only giving two because this seemingly small problem has been a huge pain and it irritates me every time I have to log in.

Wrong account deposit
The teller put a CASH deposit into the WRONG account and caused me to have an overdraft! I will be coming into Listerhill in the morning for this to be fixed!
What’s up with FaceID?
The app prompts me for FaceID but then makes me put in my password. It’s like I have to log in twice, because it won’t even let me enter my password until it reads my face. Other than that, pretty solid app
good bank to bank with
the best bank in north alabama i bever have to go in, you can do everything in the atm . not so good to give loans if your credit is not perfect,

Poorly designed App
I find the app to be lagging and not user friendly enough. App also suddenly will not log in with Face ID. 1 star for the app is being generous when comparing to other banking apps.
