What is ListingNest?
ListingNest is a service by Starboard Realty that provides users with access to an up-to-date database of homes for sale. It offers features to estimate property values and remodel costs, and allows direct communication with local Realtors.
How does ListingNest estimate property value?
ListingNest uses a proprietary formula developed by Starboard Realty to estimate a property's potential value, known as After Repaired Value (ARV). This formula is based on years of experience in valuing properties for investment purposes.
Can I adjust the property value estimate on ListingNest?
Yes, ListingNest allows you to see the comparable properties (comps) used in determining the potential value. You can then add or remove these comps and adjust the estimated value accordingly.
How does the Remodel Budget feature work on ListingNest?
The Remodel Budget feature on ListingNest allows you to get an estimate for home renovations. You can select the remodel features you are interested in, and the calculator will provide a reasonable cost estimate for your project.
Can I ask questions or schedule viewings through ListingNest?
Yes, ListingNest provides a 'Request a Showing/Chat' tab where you can live chat with local Realtors. They are available to answer any questions and help you schedule an appointment to view a property.
