Cancel membership
Been trying to cancel my membership for two weeks with this app and no one has gotten back to me. The subscription is not on my Apple subscriptions and now I can’t cancel it through my phone. I’m stuck paying for something I no longer want and this is getting ridiculous. I’m over paying $9.99 a week for this app. It’s not worth it.

Disgusting robbery
I have paid 24$ for a monthly subscription 15 minutes ago. Read two chapters and it is gone. They are asking another monthly subscription. Liars. Robbers. I made you 24$ richer. Disgusted.
Can’t cancel my subscription
I have tried multiple times to cancel my subscription but I keep getting charged every week. I follow instructions - it’s not in my Apple subscription nor did the link to Stripe work. I emailed and sent several messages on their feedback and NOTHING. ITS BEEN 2 weeks!!!!!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!!
I don’t know how, but they have managed to make it so that you pay for a subscription WITH your apple account without allowing it to show in your subscriptions. Hyperlink from their subscription settings only takes you to your own subscription management profile. Their website is literally on for topping up. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!

DO NOT USE
Despite using my Apple Pay for this - they do not allow you to cancel and it doesn’t show up in subscriptions. This is a fraudulent app - not worth the trouble. They have charged me $60 within a week.
Money hungry ap
If I could write a review with minus stars I would!! Money hungry. Brought coins but it fails to tell you how much each chapter costs so you burn through them! I then subscribed monthly thinking that will give me a month of reading! Nope got a few chapters and everything is locked again and you need to pay more money!! Load of BS!!

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the confusion but please note that according to the Coin Pack subscription rules, after subscribing, you cannot read books for free. But you can get MORE check-in Vouchers/Bonus by subscribing.
Frustrating
Love the stories, but why after paying to the monthly subscription do you still have to top up to read books. It’s ridiculous. It’s really sad too because the books are really good, but I’m not going to pay an arm and a leg to read them.
Difficulty canceling subscription
I wanted to read a book available on the app and it was fine until I had to “top up”. I decided to try a week subscription so I could read without interruption and it claimed to have an easy subscription cancellation process. Spoiler it doesn’t! It said to just go through the subscription section on iTunes before the next payment period and cancel…. Well I’ve gone to my subscription center and it’s not there but I still got charged. There is no support email to contact them and get this fixed so as of this moment I’m stuck paying $9.99 a week for something I no longer want to participate in. If anyone has any suggestions please send them my way! Or hopefully this app gets this fix asap because otherwise is a pretty decent and easy to use app.

Can’t cancel subscription
Don’t purchase this app because you can’t cancel your subscription like they mentioned. You’ll have to cancel your card. A subscription doesn’t even cover the stories. You’ll have to pay extra to finish reading. Disappointed.
THIS IS A SCAM
I subscribed to THIS SCAM. There is no way to cancel the subscription in the app and when looking at Apple Subscriptions, like the directions say to do, it doesn’t show up there as one of my subscriptions. I deleted my account and emailed support, to which I have not received a response, and they HAVE CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME. I am left out of options and still getting charged a monthly subscription fee.

Awful App
They say you can cancel a subscription on your Apple account, but it doesn’t show up there. Then no one is reachable to attempt to get it cancelled. Save yourself a headache and do not get this app. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Will not cancel your subscription
Tried numerous times to cancel my subscription and it doesn’t show up on subscription list in my phone. Can’t reach anyone in their customer service and after looking into it - they have a habit of refusing or ignoring your request to cancel. Had to get my bank involved to block future transactions.

Don’t do it
There is no way to cancel the subscription if you signed up. I did the weekly one and went to cancel and it said that it was ending on 9/11, but then I got charged again so I went to manage my subscription and it keeps taking me to the apple subscription page but there is nothing there for this app and there is no other way to cancel. When signing up it doesn’t even take you to the apple subscription page. It is on me that I continued and signed up; just sucks that I have to get a new card because they don’t allow you to cancel.

UNABLE TO CANCEL
Like many people here I’m struggling to cancel my subscription with no help from the app or developer. I will be calling my bank tomorrow to have these charges blocked and disputed. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Not worth the hassle.
This app is scamming people
This app has been using my card info and charging my account for a subscription that I did not renew. I have tried to go through Apple and the App Store to find this subscription that I am paying for, but I can't find it, but I have traced back all the charges to Q-VOR PTE, which is the developer of this app. I have done everything I can to stop these charges and get my money back, but I have been ignored. Do not download this app or give them your information!

Can’t cancel subscription
I’ve sent 4 emails without response and can’t figure out how to cancel my subscription. I paid through PayPal, not apple and the only option to cancel is for apple. It’s a scam and no customer service.
Sucked in. $100+ for one book
I followed an add to read a book from social media. The chapters are short and this story was well over 300. I paid $5 which got me about 10 min of reading. They offered me a top up deal to get 20% discount to finish the book. It was over 50,000 coins still. 10,000 is $100. Insane! I was hooked on the story but I’ve never seen a bigger scam!

Good story . This app charges you an arm & a leg for reading. After you’ve read so many chapters you no longer get to watch ads in exchange for a free chapter. They charge $5.99 for 2 chapters! I had 137 in coins or whatever it’s called. They took that plus the 5.99. I purchased. Only 2 chapters! Each chapter is 197 coins. What they give out in rewards it takes a week to come up with . After this story I’m deleting the app. They are money hungry! Not worth it

There is no subscription under my Apple ID from this company so I can’t cancel it there. Their website is useless and only has FAQ not related to cancelling the subscription. They go through a 3rd party app called stripe that can’t even find my subscription to cancel. They don’t answer emails so basically I’m stuck paying 20$ a month unless I cancel my card. If anyone that works at Literie reads these reviews please cancel my dang subscription, or give me the information I need to cancel it. There’s no excuse for having to jump through so many hoops to cancel a subscription.
