Lacking ability
Would be nice to see the status of each cell. Would also be nice to be able to reset charge level manually to 100%. My desktop icon shows a notification but I am unable to locate in the app where or what it is or how to clear that notify.

Parallel system
I have two 12v minis in parallel, however, only one battery is the one the system draws from, the app only recognizes one battery and I can’t see the other as part of the system

There needs to be more info with the app. I would really appreciate the history of the battery through the week while I’m not there with the battery.
Message/Alert
App icon shows I have 1 message / alert. I looked at everything in the app. No messages or alerts. The #1 next to the icon won’t go away.
Nice but room for improvement
The app is very quirky but is nice to see how much charge is left when out on the water. The trolling motor batteries last forever! Customer service is slow to respond and would benefit to being state side.
Double Tap
Though selecting items sometimes requires a double tap, app does what intended.
I don’t recall seeing any temperature measurements. Maybe only during extremes.

Bluetooth
Bluetooth connection is lousy at best. Continually drops connection, struggle to get reconnected. Sometime turning Bluetooth off on the phone. Other times remove the batteries from the phone and start all over from scratch.
Difficult to Use
App keeps losing the battery connection and my password. I have to reconnect to the battery every time and when I do connect the info retrieval is very slow. I have not been able to log in because password recovery doesn’t work.
Never Works!!
Terrible app. Always get logged out and then it doesn’t allow me to sign back in. Try to reset password and I don’t receive the emails. I know they have my email, they send spam daily.
No support
The app requires you to register your product to use several features of the app. The problem is you are supposed to get a code sent to your email to get registered. After 4 hours and 25 attempts, I never got a code. I checked my spam checked my security settings etc. you cannot access support in the app unless your registered, REALLY? Nice job on the app design! Finally 6 hours later I received a code that didn’t work because it had timed out. The email with the expired code had a contact support email, It’s been a day now with no response from the company.

Every time you use this poc app you have to reset password why would you even have to enter a password. Dumb and getting dumber

App works OK, but very disappointed that you can’t see individual cell voltages! Had I known that I may have chose another manufacturer for my batteries.
Works perfectly but limited
Needs a good bit of tedious information in my opinion to get it set up. However, it works but you don’t get cell level information, at all that I could find. Still, I do appreciate the readily accessible information the app provides
Horrible Customer Service
I have been jerked around for a week. No sense calling their Cs # as they have zero idea how to help and continally ask for yet another email to which a person names Ramadan is never available to actually speak on the phone. I have been waiting for 4 days for them to issue me a RETURN label to send this back to apparently west virginia. They aais they cant send a replacement until my current one arrives at their facility. Well thats going to easily take 14 more days as they only use Regualr mail.
