Works perfectly but limited

Needs a good bit of tedious information in my opinion to get it set up. However, it works but you don’t get cell level information, at all that I could find. Still, I do appreciate the readily accessible information the app provides

State of battery charge report reports old information.

The app reports that is connected to the Bluetooth and actively reading the current state of charge. However, one has to disconnect it from Bluetooth and shut down Bluetooth on your phone wait a period of time then restart for it to show a current up-to-date state of charge. Do not believe the state of charge information unless you see it update after the shutdown restart procedure. This app stinks, but the battery is performing as expected.

Great batteries and components.

I’m a commercial fisherman and have seen so many different brands of electrical components and I have to say that LITIME definitely makes a quality product. Seems to be very dependable and well built. Plus they have great customer service. I initially ordered the wrong battery and through their customer service department this issue was resolved very quickly. Extremely satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone needing quality, batteries, and components.✌️😎

It works

If you play clicky clicky, you can convince yourself that you are looking at current, but partial, data. A little more polish could create an easy to view, complete, accurate, believable overview.

The biggest problem is that stale data is indistinguishable from current data. To refresh data requires multiple screens, lots of clicking, and multiple 8-second timeouts.

Solution?
- provide “last updated” timer on dashboard
- provide “refresh” button on dashboard
- provide missing info on dashboard - temperature
- Instead of requiring 3 clicks on cursor icons (Balance, Cells, BMS) with one item per page, show all 3 items on a page and eliminate annoying clickey clickey. Better single glance situational awareness.

Could be a lot better

I have 2 batteries that I want to check on. Ads in the way, distracting and taking up screen space. Internet login required. Why? To even change the settings you need to register online. No way to set up notifications. Does not work well on iPads, especially with newer iOS versions. It does work, but oh so clunky, needlessly flashy, and intrusive. And of course when updating the company just says “bug fixes” instead of anything useful. First and last Litime product I will be buying.

Big bug

Agree with prior reviews. Need to remove and reinstall my battery on app in order to get updated reading of battery status. Or, I would imagine, removing and reinstalling app would also provide updated status report. Exceedingly klutzy. Should not have to do this. Come on LiTime, get some decent programmers to fix this, please. UPDATE: Seems to be working fine now. At least 4 star rating now. Thanks for fixing it!

I just downloaded the lasted update it made the lit made it impossible to read the screen because it enlarged everything

Pretty good

Pretty good app. I really like the voltage, amperage, capacity details and information about battery’s state.
To make it perfect, please add two features:
1. Individual cell voltage readings.
2. Provide voltage values with at least two decimal places for better accuracy and monitoring.

New update is an annoyance!!!

I updated the app earlier this week (November 2025). It now pops up a community page first rather than the battery info which I find extremely irritating!!!
I’ve already purchased my entire set up and some want to be a part of a bulletin board. I want info on my batteries without the extra added hassle.
Whoever thought up this idea needs to be fired! I’ll never buy from your company again after this. This is just an attempt to get me to buy more products at the expense of the ease of use of the app. Shame on you!

Battery great but app is terrible

First of all, I use my battery off the grid but an internet connection is required to log in and check my battery status. This leaves me completely in the dark when it is most critical to know my battery life. Second, the app will not load at all on my iPad. You should be able to monitor battery life from any Bluetooth capable device with or without internet access.

What’s with (new update) NOW this app OPENS in advertisement section.

Now when I open the app. It lands in the discovery mode “trying” to sell me things. This is annoying. We shouldn’t have to click over to our “device” list to begin. The app works. But they NEED to STOP advertising within it. I received a “notification” today stating that I should take advantage of Black Friday deals, I set up notifications in LiTime to get important “notifications” regarding my actual devices “batteries” not commercials. Please, when I open the app just open to my devices! I’ll click on “discovery” if I need to discover. Without your “pushing add’s”your app would’ve scored 4-stars (because we should NOT have to be logged in for Bluetooth (and location). You’d be a 5-star at that point. Possibly offer a (one-time) “PAY” version that doesn’t need you to “make an account for you to monitor location” either way; for your product QUALITY 5-Star. For your PRICE POINT/VALUE 5-star. I will continue to buy & recommend your products. I just don’t like the adds that your app opens to when I’m trying to just get a quick check on my batteries.

From bad to worse

They took a less than stellar App and made it a horrible App. Idk what the designers were thinking with this one. Lots of new features that are useless, the info I want often disconnects and doesn’t stay up to date like previous App. Please fix!

Just arrived

The 320ah mini arrived yesterday, and so far it is testing fine for its purpose. Also purchased the 14.6 20 amp converter to charge it.
The charger is compact, but fan noise is a little high. It took 7 hours to fully charge to 100%. On that note, no detection of overheating of the charger unit, cables or the connectors. Ran a quick test after fully charging to see if it would properly charge my power station. It worked flawlessly. We have now doubled our wattage capacity, and the mini profile, makes it fit in our vans power compartment.

Abysmal app; great battery

LiTime’s bluetooth option is a total waste of money. Worked for 3 months then shows 1% SOC when fully charged and 0.5 volt lower than the actual terminal voltage. Abandoned LiTime’s BT and am now using a Victron external IP65 rated smart shunt with Bluetooth that reads accurately. No issues with discharging and charging the 230Ah battery itself.

horrible app!

It is amazing how bad this app is, you can’t even login with an already registered account! Full of spam, just more Chinese spam and junk.
Pathetic and this new app is even worse than before and that is saying something
With the latest updates you can’t even log in! Who is the developer of this crapshoot app
