Impossible to use
You enter a mobile number and it says invalid. Useless.

I am tired of figuring out how fixed email looks like. Fix your app as it clearly doesn’t recognise a valid email format. Despite me having an account app is asking me for the same email used during registration. Can’t wait any longer so must use someone local. Fix your app.

Just had two chaps come and clear our garden waste, 20 fence panels and some other bits and bobs. The guys were polite, efficient and got the job done without fuss. I feel the price was fair for the service, I would recommend and will be using again.

Be wary
App seems ok but you are being watched somehow. I hadn’t even finished but they called me following up and upped the price! Said they would send me a link and never did.
Good Service
Easy booking system and provided the items are on the pre selected list they are quoted and booked immediately. I booked on a Saturday for the Monday and 08:30 am the live link was sent and at 9am the collection was completed with no fuss. Will definitely use again.
no tracking and poor customer support
Tracking was off and so caught out by surprise when they just showed up on the door, working with a vendor.
App did not work
I couldn’t even register an account. Idea is good but it needs a lot of work.

No warning when rubbish will be removed
I have used Litta 3 times and for the last two times this app doesn’t work. It doesn’t inform you when the driver has been assigned or when they are coming. Given that you pay for this tracking it is bad that it is not provided. And their help line doesn’t respond in these issues. Next time will just use the removal people directly
