Please help to fix the bug
unable to login
I am a parent trying to access Little Family Room to check on my child's activities at school, but I have been unable to log in. Customer support helped me reset my password, but I still cannot get in. I have tried to contact them again for further assistance but have not received any response. This is very disappointing.

Unsmooth problems,always stuck in the app,even installed it again and it’s still same problem with the app.

Furthermore, the payment system needs attention. It would be beneficial to simplify the payment process and offer more payment options to accommodate different users.
