Cant log in
Please help to fix the bug
unable to login
I am a parent trying to access Little Family Room to check on my child's activities at school, but I have been unable to log in. Customer support helped me reset my password, but I still cannot get in. I have tried to contact them again for further assistance but have not received any response. This is very disappointing.

Unsmooth problems,always stuck in the app,even installed it again and it’s still same problem with the app.

Date and timing inaccurate. Password changed but still unable to login. Overall unreliable.

Furthermore, the payment system needs attention. It would be beneficial to simplify the payment process and offer more payment options to accommodate different users.

Easy to use interface
Very thankful for this app - I’m able to get updates of my child in a timely manner. Love the interface as well, very easy to navigate. I’m always happy to receive photos of my child’s check in and out and also learning moments posted by the teachers.
App doesn’t open
Hey after your latest few updates, the app doesn’t even open anymore.

Need to display record date in weight & height part. Only question mark is being shown.

Notifications are delayed. The app takes a lot longer to load, and it is taking up 1 GB of storage.

Unable to see past portfolios after the latest update
Upon updating the update today, all the past portfolios (photos & videos) can’t be found and these are precious data!!! Restore it back to before!!

Call feature for emergency
I wish developer can add call feature for parent to contact the childcare centre when there is emergency. The message feature not really efficient when there is emergency. Thank you
