Needs Update.
This app hasn't been updated in years. It would be nice to get with the times. We're in 2024 now. I've been having to order on their website instead. Would be nice to have the app though.

Won’t work for your local little Greek; they moved to another app so you lose all your rewards. What a mess

Pulled up the app to place an order from the Lee Vista Promenade, Orlando and I assumed that this location was on the app and it was not. Instead, the app send me to a location that’s about 30 min away in Altamonte Springs, FL. Worst part was that I paid in advance. The location that I always go to has brosures all over the store encouraging customer to download the app and place orders through it. If you are like most users you assume that when you order the app will chose the closest location except in this case since this location is not listed the app will chose one of the other locations listed. I will not Order from This location or this app again.

The app never lets you order a pick up and I can’t even use my credit.

The Lee Vista location in Orlando, FL is no longer on my app. I’ve ordered from there several times.
It’s good!
Not only is the food good but you can dine on their covered veranda.
The mushroom soup is amazing!
I love how you can get things with either more or less Greek style. Like the grilled chicken pita: I get the Greek version. Very nice.

My favorite online order app. Choose the same thing I got last. Add the tip and go.😊👏
The App is a mess
It doesn’t request how you want to pay so you are screwed if you want to use a gift card. They do not deserve tour business when corporate screws their customers. The store had no way of fixing it.
Not working
App not not taking me to the sign on screen. It’s making me register again but Ive been registered for over a year. Please fix
Location issue
App defaults to wrong location and won’t let me change in preferences so I have to search and select it every time I want to order.
Glitch
Yep it’s really nice you can place your order you can see how many points you’ve earned and you can store your credit card for easy charging before you get there. However there seems to be a little glitch. When we order the same thing which is usually a Gyro you can change the ingredients but when I change the ingredients on what item it changes on both. If I say no ideas it changes both Gyros if I say extra onions it changes both Gyros again however it does make it to the restaurant correctly and I get what I requested. It’s just confusing because I can’t see it change because they both change at the same time.

Best neighborhood restaurant
We have been patrons if the Plano location since they opened their doors a few years back. Food is great, staff is gracious, restaurant is very clean. We have lunch at least once a week. Gyros are wonderful, Greek salad is perfec
HORRIBLE
The app NEVER connects for the Palm Harbor, FL location to receive my orders. The staff there is aware of this issue. Apparently others are experiencing this issue, too. This ongoing issue needs to be remedied. This last time I had trouble calling in my order because their phone line was repeatedly busy, most likely due to the app not working. I live near Tarpon Springs, so I can get Greek food ANYWHERE.

Easy. Great food
This app makes ordering food so easy. This is my go to for taking food to a party.
A few bugs, but still an good app.
We always order little Greek off of their website but they mentioned their app the last few times so we decided to give it a try. It wouldn’t recognize my log in information so I had to create an entire new log in. The app seems to work great, but I ultimately ended up getting back on the website due to my past orders and payment info already are saved on that account. Just an inconvenience that will keep me from using the app.

UPDATE
This app needs to be updated with new locations and for the new iOS system. I can’t even order my food let alone simply add the rewards card to my Apple Wallet. I live near a Little Greek and am unable to order from the app because the restaurant isn’t even listed. I’d like to use my $3 reward but simply can’t because of multiple issues. In a fast paced world like today, if you want to be a well known franchise, you have to have a decent app.

Buggy app
This app randomly decided to start charging me months after I’d made cash purchases and used the app to collect points.
We disputed the charges with our credit card company, no problem.
The problem came when LevelUp, the app developer, began sending this never-ending series of emails trying to get their money. I kept explaining the problem and kept getting inappropriate auto responses.
Now they’ve happily announced that they’ve reactivated my account. Urg.

Never Works!
I can NEVER order ahead! I get to the end, submit the order, then it says the location cannot accept order ahead at this time! Very Frustrating!
